CHECK-IN
Il check-in potrà essere effettuato in presenza o, a seconda di orari particolari/festività, in modalità self-checkin (con istruzioni e video)
check-in in presenza, un nostro collaboratore vi attenderà all’arrivo, per consegnarvi le chiavi e mostrarvi la struttura
self check-in vi verrà inviato preventivamente il video con le istruzioni dettagliate per accedere all’appartamento
L’orario è dalle ore15:30 alle “flessibile“
Check-in can be done in person or, depending on special times or holidays, self-check-in (with instructions and video).
For in-person check-in, one of our staff members will be waiting for you upon arrival to hand over the keys and show you around.
For self-check-in, you will be sent a video with detailed instructions for accessing the apartment.
The hours are from 3:30 PM to “flexible“.

Dovrà avvenire ENTRO MAX ORE 10:30
Gentilmente gli ospiti dovranno lasciare le chiavi sul tavolo della sala

La struttura è riservata ai NON fumatori. Pertanto è vietato fumare all’interno.
Si pregano gli ospiti,di fumare, eventualmente solo sul balcone della cucina
The structure is reserved for NON-smokers. Therefore smoking is prohibited inside.
Guests are asked to smoke, possibly only on the kitchen balcony
ESCLUSIVO OSPITI REGISTRATI – EXCLUSIVE REGISTERED GUESTS
Possono entrare nella struttura solo gli ospiti registrati al check-in
Per i minori di 16 anni, se l’adulto accompagnatore non è il genitore, è necessario un documento che confermi il consenso del genitore o del tutore legale
Only guests registered at check-in can enter the property
For children under 16, if the accompanying adult is not the parent, a document confirming the consent of the parent or legal guardian is required
ANIMALI NON AMMESSI – PETS NOT ALLOWED
Non sono ammessi animali all’interno dell’appartamento
